Returns and Exchanges  

Products ordered from the Hunter Boots online store (excluding sale items) can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns and refunds may not be approved if the conditions are not met.  

Return Policy  

Please follow the return conditions and use the "Return Application Form" included with the product to return the product to our warehouse. Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Refunds are only available for products that are returned in accordance with the return policy. If the return policy is not met, the returned product will be reshipped to you. Please be aware of this in advance.

- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- The product is returned in the same packaging as when it was ordered.
- The product must be handed over to the delivery company within 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
- The return must be made within Japan.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns of sale items.
・If the product returned to us does not meet the return conditions, we may return the product to you after contacting you. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Please note that we cannot provide a refund even if you do not wish to return the product.
・We do not accept exchanges of products.
・When returning a set product, we do not accept returns of individual items, so please return the entire set together.  

Returning defective products  

This policy only applies to products purchased from this website that are covered by the warranty. For Hunter products purchased in store or on other websites, please return them to the original store or website where they were purchased. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team by email and we will guide you through the return and refund process. Please return faulty products clean and free of dirt and moisture so that we can assess the product. Occasionally, boots may develop a white powdery coating known as "blooming". This is not a defect in the product, but a natural protective wax that can be removed easily with a damp cloth. For more information on blooming, please visit our FAQ page. Returnable Products  

Returns are limited to products purchased directly from this website. For Hunter products purchased from retailers or other websites, please contact the original retailer or website where you made the purchase to make a return. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Hunter product, please complete the return process. Please note that we will not accept returns that are not returned in accordance with our return process. In such cases, you may be charged for the cost of shipping the product back to you. Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days, but may take up to 30 days.
