About regular shipping and shipping fees
- The average delivery time is 3 days. *Depending on the arrival and shipping status of the product, it may be delayed from the indicated shipping date. If there is a significant delay in shipping due to our circumstances, we will notify you by email.
- Shipping fee: ¥748 (tax included) nationwide / Free shipping for purchases of ¥15,000 (tax included) or more
- You can also specify the desired delivery date (including Saturdays and Sundays) on the page where you select your delivery destination.
- The products you order will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
- We also accept deliveries to Yamato Transport's directly managed stores (Takkyubin Centers).
- Delivery is only available within Japan. However, we cannot accept requests to specify delivery addresses such as hotels, weekly apartments, and private mailboxes where delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- We do not ship overseas, including via international forwarding services.
About same-day shipping
- Orders placed between midnight and 6:00 a.m. (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) will be shipped on the same day.
- Delivery times vary depending on the area. Please check with the delivery company (Yamato Transport) .
- If you wish to receive your order as soon as possible, please place your order without specifying a time. After the product is shipped, we will send you a shipping completion email with the shipping number of the delivery company (Yamato Transport), so please change the date and time.
- Delivery may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, etc.
- During sales periods, we may temporarily suspend accepting orders for same-day shipping.
- For some reason, we may be unable to ship your order as scheduled, or we may have to postpone or cancel your order.
