Newsletter Registration Campaign April 2024  

  1. The organizer of this Raffle is HUNTER JAPAN Co., Ltd., Round Cross Shibuya 2F, 2-11-16 Shibuya, Shibuya -ku , Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
  1. The Prize Draw is open to all legal residents of Japan, except for employees of the Sponsor, or distributors, their families, agents, or third parties directly connected with the operation of the Prize Draw. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  1. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  1. All entries must be submitted via the online entry form located at https://hunterboots.co.jp/ . Entrants must provide their name and email address.
  1. Only one entry per person is permitted - third party or bulk entries will not be accepted.
  1. The opening date for entries is 10:00 JST on April 19 , 2024 (the " Start Date " ). The closing date for the Draw is 23:59 JST on April 24 , 2024 ( End Date). Any entries received after the Closing Time will not be counted.  
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any misdirected, lost, late, damaged or corrupted entries whether due to computer malfunction, virus, bugs, delays or for any other reasons.  
  1. One hundred ( 100) winners will be selected at random from online entries submitted on April 25 , 2024 (the "Draw Date").
  1. There will be one hundred (100) winners . The winner will receive a Travel Ripstop Recycled Nylon Phone Pouch - White / Red Box Logo (UBP1514NRS-WRB) (the "Prize").
  1. Selected Entrants will be notified by email to the email address provided at the time of entry by April 26, 2024 and will be asked to register as a member of the Hunter Boots Official Online Store and provide the necessary details (email address, name, address and phone number) to fulfill the prize delivery . To be declared a winner , selected Entrants must ( i ) respond within three (3) days of being notified by the Promoter and ( ii ) comply with these Official Rules. The conditions under which a prize may be returned or a winner notification may be deemed undeliverable are as follows: Failure by the Promoter or its agent to contact a selected Entrant within three (3 ) days of the first attempt, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), or violation of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, at the Promoter's sole discretion. Eligible Entrants may be selected to replace prizes forfeited in accordance with these Official Rules and may be disqualified in the same manner.
  1. Winner's prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.  
  1. The prizes will be provided by HUNTER JAPAN Co., Ltd., Round Cross Shibuya 2nd Floor, 2-11-16 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002, Japan (hereinafter the "Supplier"). Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value upon notice in the event of a prize being out of stock. The Promoter is not liable for any claims or complaints regarding the prizes.  
  1. The Promoter's decisions as to all aspects of the Prize Draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the Prize other than for the purposes of contacting the winner.  
  1. Only winners will be notified of the lottery results. Please note that we do not accept inquiries regarding the lottery results.
  1. Sponsor reserves the right to reject entries and/or refuse to award prizes to anyone who violates these Official Rules.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or modify the Prize Draw.
  1. Except in cases caused by the negligence of their agents, wholesalers or employers, and as permitted by law, the Promoter and/or Promoter Parties will not under any circumstances indemnify or be liable to any bidder for any loss, damage, personal injury or death as a result of participating in the Prize Draw.
  1. Winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the Prize Draw, such as having their name, city of residence and photograph published in any media. Entrants consent to the Promoter's unrestricted use for promotional purposes in all activities, including but not limited to use on the Promoter's websites and social media platforms and in any marketing and promotional activities worldwide.
  1. All information submitted to Hunter in connection with this Prize Draw, including any user content you send, upload, post, email, share, distribute, reproduce or otherwise make available ("User Content"), is subject to Hunter's Privacy Policy ( https://www.hunterboots.com/jp/ja_jp/privacy/ ).
  1. The Prize Draw will be governed by Japanese law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.

    Customers who purchase the designated bag will receive a free rubber tag.

    1. This promotion is valid only when purchasing directly from https://www.hunterboots.co.jp from 10:00 (Japan time) on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
    2. In this promotion, you will receive a rubber tag when you purchase a bag listed at https://hunterboots.co.jp/collections/bag-promoion-ss24. You cannot specify the item.
    3. If you purchase an eligible item, the gift item will be included in the shipping. The gift item will not be displayed in your cart.
