Our products are made from high quality materials, using innovative design and manufacturing techniques. We take pride in our products and offer a 24 month warranty on most items, except for clearance items, which have a 3 month warranty. We offer this warranty on products purchased on our website www.hunterboots.co.jp.
We offer a warranty on all Wellington boots, footwear, bags, clothing and various accessories. Please note that due to the nature and construction of the product, the warranty period for umbrellas is 6 months. Boot socks, insoles and care products are not covered by the warranty. We do not offer repairs on any products. We cannot accept responsibility for tears, stains, fading due to wear or deterioration due to long-term storage.

If you purchased from our website www.hunterboots.co.jp, please email Hunter Customer Service with your proof of purchase and the defect. Warranties for products purchased from Hunter's authorized retailers are governed by the sales contract with the retailer. A full list of authorized retailers can be found here .
You cannot make a warranty claim against us for products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

・About the contents of the warranty
Hunter uses the highest quality materials in all of our products and goes to great lengths to ensure that every item we sell meets our strict standards, however, we will offer a refund if there is a problem with the product.
・Natural rubber material
Hunter boots are handcrafted using 100% natural materials extracted from rubber trees on tropical plantations, combining modern technology with traditional craftsmanship . For these reasons, each Hunter boot is unique and there may be variations in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boots and are part of the Hunter character.
・How to care for your boots
A white powdery "bloom" may appear on your boots. This is caused by the release of natural protective waxes that rise to the surface. This is evidence of the high quality natural rubber Hunter uses and does not affect the performance or durability of your boots. To restore your boots to their original shine, use Hunter Boot Buffer or buff with a cloth and a little olive oil.
