Q: Which size should I choose?

A. Hunter boots are made to be worn with thick socks. We recommend purchasing the same size as your regular shoe size. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. As fit varies from product to product, please refer to our size guide and the sizing information provided on the product page, where you will find information on product measurements and fit. Q. What payment methods are available on the Hunter website?

A. Credit card payments: The Hunter Boots online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB cards. Credit cards can only be used for one-time payments. If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your credit card company directly. Credit card charges will be processed on the day your order is shipped.

Q. Do Hunter Boots come with a warranty?

A. Yes, we guarantee against manufacturing defects (excluding wear and tear and misuse of our products) for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. Please see our warranty page for details. Please note that we do not provide repairs for any products.

Q. How do I return an item?

A. Products ordered from the Hunter Boots Online Store (excluding sale items) can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. If the conditions are not met, returns and refunds may not be approved. Return Method: Please return the product you wish to return to our warehouse in accordance with the return conditions and using the "Return Application Form" included with the product. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Only products returned in accordance with the return policy are eligible for refunds. In the unlikely event that the return policy is not met, the returned product will be reshipped to the customer. Please note this in advance. Q: How do I apply a discount code?

A. If you have a discount code, add the applicable item to your cart. Then enter the code in the "Add promo code" box that appears. You can also add the code at checkout. Once you enter the code and click "Apply", the discount amount will be deducted from your order. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Q. How should I care for my boots?

Q. Why do white marks appear on my Hunter boots? 

A. Sometimes a white powdery film may appear on the surface of your Hunter boots. This is due to the nature of rubber, a natural material, and under certain conditions, insoluble particles may appear on the surface. Rest assured that this phenomenon is a characteristic of high-quality natural rubber and does not affect the performance or durability of the boots. Regular use of a Rubber Buffer or Boot Shine will help keep your boots clean and free of dirt. They can be purchased from your Hunter dealer or online store. Please note that Boot Buffers are not suitable for metal finished boots. Use a soft cloth to remove any white marks.

Q. What happens after I place an order? 

A. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order is being processed. If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you by email. You will be billed when the product is shipped. 

Q. I can't find the boots I'm looking for. 

A. Some Hunter items are seasonal and not available online. If you can't find the product you're looking for , please contact customer service. 

Q. The welcome gift discount code is not being applied. 

A. When you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email with a coupon code. Please log in before placing your order. (If you don't have an account, please sign up and log in.) Q.What is the difference between waterproof and water resistant? 



At Hunter, protection is inherent in our DNA. Every Hunter product is designed with purpose, quality and in mind. As such, products can only be characterised as waterproof after undergoing a series of highly controlled, industry-certified tests to ensure that water will not penetrate the product even after continuous exposure to water. Hunter waterproof jackets, coats and boots perform to the highest standards of waterproof performance even in the harshest rainy weather.

All water resistant Hunter products are designed to withstand rain and prevent moisture from entering the product. For extreme rainy weather, we recommend waterproof products. 

Q. Why do you use natural rubber in your footwear? 

A. Hunter was founded in 1856 as a rubber company, producing rain boots along with other industrial products such as tires and conveyor belts. True to our tradition, we continue to use natural rubber in our products today to keep them waterproof, comfortable and beautiful.
