How to measure size

step 1

Place a blank piece of paper along the wall, stick it to the floor, and then stand straight on it with your heels against the wall.

Step 2

Either ask someone to help you, or use a pen or pencil to mark the longest part of your foot on a piece of paper. The left and right feet may be different sizes, so measure the other foot in the same way.

Step 3

Use a ruler to measure the area you marked on the paper from toe to heel. Measure the longest part of your foot from toe to heel.

To allow for more freedom of movement when wearing boots, add 6mm for women and 8mm for men to your foot length. Combine these measurements to determine your insole length. Insole length is listed in the size guide for each product.

Calf

step 1

To find your calf measurement, sit on a chair with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle and your feet flat on the floor.

Step 2

Measure around the widest part of your calf, without pulling the tape too tight.

Step 3

Measure both calves and if the measurements are different, use the larger result.
